Does Mergr have portfolio or company contacts?Short answer: no — Mergr tracks individuals on the investor and advisor side (PE firms, banks, law firms), but not at the company level (CEOs, CFOs, founders, board members).

How often new deals appear and existing records get refreshed
Where does the data come from?Short answer: a combination of press releases, regulatory filings, firm and company websites, professional networks, direct submissions, and proprietary research curated in-house.
How often are records reviewed?New deals appear in Mergr typically within a short time of being publicly announced. Existing records (PE firms, banks, law firms, professionals, companies) are refreshed on a rolling schedule.
