How to build a list of recent M&A by US State (or Canadian Province)

Step 1

Navigate to the Company Search page.

Step 2

First, we have to build a list of Minnesota-based companies. To do so, select Minnesota from the State/Province dropdown. Select Search.

Step 3

Once we have our list of Minnesota-based companies, select the Company M&A sub-tab.

Step 4

By default, the Company M&A tab is sorted with the most recent transactions first.
