Search Example

In this example, we'll build a list of financial advisors that have represented either the seller, target, or buyer in US-based software deals where the disclosed value was between $10M and $100M.

Step 1

Navigate to the M&A Advisor Search page.

Step 2

Once on the Advisor Search page, select More Options to view all available advisor search criteria.

Step 3

A. Check the Investment Bank box.

B. Under Target Company, select Software within the Sector dropdown.

C. Select USD 10M to USD 100M within the Deal Value dropdown.

Step 4

Select Search.
