Search Example
In this search example, we'll build a list of companies that have divested at least 5 business units or non-core assets.
Step 1
Navigate to the Company Search page.
Step 2
Expand the search menu by selecting More Options.
Step 3
Within the M&A Activity section, check the w/ Sell-Side M&A box and change the Count to >= 5.
Step 4
Select Search.
Results
Your results will contain all companies on Mergr that have divested at least 5 business units.
