In this search example, we'll build a list of active, PE-backed companies that have acquired a business from a private equity firm.
Step 1
Navigate to the Company Search page.
Step 2
Expand the search menu by selecting More Options.
Step 3
A. Under Ownership Status, select PE Backed (Current).
B. Within the M&A Activity section, select From PE under w/ Buy-Side M&A.
Step 4
Select Search.
Results
Your results will contain all currently PE-backed companies that have acquired at least 1 business from a private equity firm.
