Search Example

In this search example, build a list of investors that have acquired a company for at least $1 billion. Keep in mind that most transaction values are not disclosed and so this search limits results where a value is available.

Step 1

Navigate to the Investor Search page.

Step 2

Expand the search menu by selecting the More Options link.

Step 3

With the search interface expanded, locate the Deal Value field in the Investment Activity section. Select USD 1B to USD 10B and > USD 10B from the dropdown under Acquisition Value.

Step 4

Select Search.
