How to re-activate your account
You have used Mergr in the past, and would like to re-start your subscription

There are a couple of ways you can re-activate your Mergr subscription.

  1. Email us at and simply mention you would like to re-activate. It's helpful if you mention the username or email address of the account holder to help us identify the proper account. We will charge the existing card on file (if it is still current) and will email a confirmation that your account has been re-activated.

  2. Go to the log in page, and sign-in to your account. If you forgot your password and are unable to log into your account, use the forgot password function or contact us to reset your password. Once logged in, you'll be prompted to update your credit card billing information. After entering updated billing information, select the 'Re-activate My Account' button to re-start your subscription and gain access.

Note: Your account will be re-activated on the original plan you signed-up with.
