Re-activate Your Account
There are a couple of ways you can re-activate your Mergr subscription.
Method 1
Email us at support@mergr.com.
Simply mention you would like to re-activate. It's helpful if you mention the username or email address of the previous account holder to help us identify the proper account. We will charge the existing card on file (if it is still current) and will email a confirmation that your account has been re-activated.
Method 2
Log into your previous account.
Step 1: Go to the Login page (https://mergr.com/login) and sign into your previous account.
Step 2: If you have a previously active account on Mergr, you'll be prompted with an account re-activation form (it may take a few seconds to locate your account). The form will list your previous plan and ask for updated billing information (see screenshot below).
After entering billing information, select 'Re-activate My Account'. Your account will be charged with the updated card and a new monthly subscription will begin immediately. After successfully re-activating, the page will refresh to the Dashboard page.
If you forgot your password and are unable to log into your account, use the forgot password function or contact us to reset your password.
