Microsoft's Largest Acquisitions

How to quickly look up the largest acquisitions of Microsoft (or any other company)

Updated this week

Here's a brief guide on how to look-up Microsoft's acquisitions and sort to view the largest ones.

Search Example - Microsoft's Largest Acquisitions

Step 1

Locate the top search field (present on every page once logged in).

Enter 'Microsoft' or 'MSFT'. You can search this field by company, advisor, or investor name. For publicly traded companies, you can also enter company stock symbols. You can hit enter or choose from the dropdown of choices.

Step 2

Selecting a company will take you to its main profile page. The main profile page for companies will display company details including its description, most recent acquisitions, revenue, top advisors, and an M&A breakdown by deal type and geography. In this example, to view a list of Microsoft's M&A history, select the 'M&A Activity' tab.

Step 3

By default, Microsoft's most recent M&A activity will show first.

To view Microsoft's largest acquisitions, you can sort the list of transactions by size. To do this, select the column header labeled 'Value'.
