One of the unique features about Mergr is that we capture all office locations that a PE Firm or Investor might have (not just the main HQ address), and make these additional locations searchable.
For example, Washington DC-based The Carlyle Group operates and invests from 20+ offices worldwide and a location search search should optionally reflect all of its locations.
Search Example
In this search example, we'll build a list of Investors that have a secondary office located in India.
Step 1
Navigate to the Private Equity Search page.
Step 2
A. Within the Investor Criteria section, locate the Country dropdown and select India.
B. By default, location based searches look-up investors by their Main or HQ location. However, you can adjust your search to include all locations, or only secondary locations.
In this case, select Secondary Offices (exclude Main Office).
Step 3
Select Search.
Results
Your result set will list all Investors that have an non-primary office located in India.
