Cancel Account
To cancel your account, follow the steps below,
Step 1
Sign in to your account.
Step 2
Open the Menu tray (top right corner button) and select the Account link.
Step 3
On the Account page, select the tab labeled Close Account
Step 4
On the Close Account tab, select Cancel Your Paid Subscription and follow the next 2 steps.
Step 5
On the final step, select Complete Cancellation. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Note: Canceled accounts will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For example, if you cancel 15 days into a monthly period, your account will remain accessible for the remaining 15 days and automatically de-activate at the end of the period. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, your account will remain active until the end of the trial period.
