How to Re-activate Your Account

You have used Mergr in the past, and would like to re-start your subscription

Re-activate Your Account

There are a couple of ways you can re-activate your Mergr subscription.

Method 1

Email us at support@mergr.com and mention you would like to re-activate your subscription.

If the card on file is still valid, we can re-activate and send an email confirmation back to you.

If the card on file is not valid, we will reset your password and you can sign-in to proceed with Method 2 below.

Method 2

Log into your previous account.

Step 1: Go to the Login page (https://mergr.com/login) and sign into your account.

Step 2: After signing-in, you'll be prompted with an account re-activation form (it may take a few seconds to locate your account).

The form will list your previously active plan and ask you to submit updated billing information (see screenshot below).

After entering your updated billing information, select 'Re-activate My Account'. Your account will be charged with the updated card and a new monthly subscription will begin immediately. After successfully re-activating, the page will refresh to the Mergr Member Dashboard page.

If you forgot your password and are unable to log into your account, use the forgot password function or contact us to reset your password.
