Your data is still there
Before you re-activate, the most common question: yes, your account is preserved. Saved searches, saved lists, account history, billing history, and any team-member structure all survive deactivation. Re-activating restores everything as you left it.
Option A — Re-activate yourself (fastest)
This is the simplest path. Takes about a minute.
1. Go to the login page and sign in with your existing email and password.
(If you've forgotten your password, email us or use the Forgot password link to reset it before continuing.)
2. After signing in, you'll see an account re-activation form (it may take a few seconds to locate your account). The form shows your previously active plan and prompts for updated billing details — card number, expiration, CVV, and billing address.
3. Click Re-activate My Account. Your card is charged immediately, your subscription restarts, and the page refreshes to the Member Dashboard.
Option 2 — Have us re-activate for you (fallback)
If you'd rather not log in directly, email support@mergr.com and ask to re-activate.
We'll handle it manually:
If your card on file is still valid, we'll re-activate immediately and send a confirmation email.
If your card has expired or changed, we'll reset your password and email you a link — sign-in and complete the form in Option 1.
Troubleshooting
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login page. The reset link is sent to your account email.
Don't have access to your account email anymore? Email support@mergr.com from any address — we'll verify your identity and update the email on file before re-activating.
Card declined during re-activation? Double-check the number, expiration, CVV, and that the billing address matches what your card issuer has on file.
Can't find the re-activation form after signing in? It can take a few seconds to load. If it still doesn't appear after 30 seconds, refresh the page or email support.
If you forgot your password and are unable to log into your account, use the forgot password function or contact us to reset your password.
